30 day Return and Exchange Policy

 

We hope you like your order but if, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied you can return it for a refund or exchange. Best of all no RMA required! Read on for our full policy.

 

All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in resellable condition. This means that other than trying them on they are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. Products must be returned with all original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions and tags. Items returned in less than "new and unused" condition are subject to restocking fees and/or denial of refund.  If we are unable to offer a full refund, the customer will be issued either a partial refund, or (in extreme circumstances) the product may be returned to sender.

 

Items can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days. The time period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days. Sorry.

 

We do try and figure out what our customers need and want before they do but, unfortunately, we are not mind readers.  Please be sure to include your order number and your intent with any returns.  For example:  a note that reads "Order Number TWS-85XXX.  Please Exchange for size Medium". 

 

Due to the nature of some products we sell, not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange. These products include (but are not limited to) motorcycle helmets and personal care products. If you have questions about whether your order is eligible for return/exchange please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 

Refunds will be issued back to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.

 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs  (both directions) for returns/exchanges.

 

Many of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In this case of a warranty claim, please work directly with the manufacturer of the item. 


 

Returning Products

 

When sending back item(s) please make sure that you keep a note of the tracking number and that there is adequate insurance on the package.

 

Please take the time to package up the return safely and securely.

 

Please mark the package as either Attn:Returns or Attn:Exchanges.

Alternatively, we offer pre-paid return labels for $14.99 for customers within the continental United States.  These are available on most items and will be emailed to you ready for printing. If you would like a pre-paid return label, please email our Customer Service Team with the subject line Return Label. In the email please make sure to include your order number and which item(s) you are looking to return.

 

If being returned for a refund we will deduct the cost of the return label from the refund. 

If this is being returned for an exchange we will charge the card used to place the order for the cost of the return label. 

If the order was paid for by PayPal and you wish to receive a pre-paid return label for an exchange please call us on 888-406-1984 so that payment can be processed by card.

 

Exchanges

 

There are two ways to exchange items

 

  • Express Exchange

 

This is the quickest and easiest way to get your new items to you. Place a new order online or call our Customer Service Team on 888-406-1984 and we will get your exchange on the road straight away! Then send back the unwanted items for a refund by following the instructions above. Did we mention no RMA required?

 

  • Standard Exchange
