How Do I Get a Return Label?
Return labels are now provided through our Returns Portal—no need to email or call to request one.
Start here: https://mycoolingstore.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login
How it works:
- Log into the portal using your order details
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Follow the steps to complete your request
If eligible, you’ll be able to:
- Download a return label directly from the portal
- Choose between a return or exchange
- Track your return status
Return Label Details
- If you purchased Redo at checkout, your return label will be included based on that coverage
- If you did not purchase Redo, the cost of the return label will be calculated in the portal based on your location
