Need a different size, color, or item? No problem—we’ve made exchanges quick and simple through our Returns Portal.
️ Exchange Window
- You have 30 days from delivery to start an exchange
- Holiday orders (Nov 15 – Dec 24): Exchange by January 31
Start Your Exchange
All exchanges are handled through our portal:

How it works:
- Log in using your order details
- Select the item you want to exchange
- Choose your replacement (size, color)
- Follow the steps to complete your request
If eligible, you can:
- Download a return label
- Lock in your replacement item right away
- Track your exchange status
Return Label Details
- If you purchased Redo at checkout, your return label will be included based on that coverage
- If you did not purchase Redo, the cost of the return label will be calculated in the portal based on your location
What You Need to Send Back
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- New and unused
- Free of wear, damage, stains, or odors
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and all parts
If items are not in sellable condition:
- The item may be sent back to you
️ Good to Know
- Start your exchange within 30 days of delivery
- We cannot process exchanges after 60 days
- Some items (like open box, helmets & personal care products) may not be eligible
- If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days
