Did your gear arrive and it’s not quite right? No problem—we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free through our Returns Portal.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
Holiday orders (Nov 15 – Dec 24): Return by January 31.

 Start a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled through our portal:

How it works:

  1. Log in using your order details
  2. Select the item(s)
  3. Choose your option: refund, exchange, or warranty
  4. Follow the steps to complete your request

If eligible, you’ll be able to:

  • Download a return label
  • Track your return
  • Choose a replacement item

 Return Requirements

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be:

  • New and unused
  • Free of damage, wear, stains, or odors
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and all parts

If items are not in sellable condition:

  • A partial refund (up to 50%) may apply, or
  • The item may be sent back to you

 Return Label Details

  • If you purchased Redo at checkout, your return label will be included based on that coverage
  • If you did not purchase Redo, the return label cost will be calculated in the portal based on your location

️ Important Notes

  • Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery
  • We do not accept returns after 60 days
  • Restocking fees may apply for late returns
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless approved)
  • Report damaged items within 3 days of delivery
  • Some items (like helmets & personal care products) may not be eligible
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

️ Warranty Claims

Many products include a manufacturer warranty.

To file a claim:

  • Use the portal and select “Warranty”
  • Follow the instructions provided

(Some claims may be handled directly with the manufacturer.)
